He was MURDERED by Corporate GREED

He was just 19 years old and he was MURDERED by Microsoft, Apple, HP, Dell and the corporate bottom line greed mongers now exploiting Chinese labor for higher profits.

He worked almost an 11 hour shift 7 days a week in the factory, where he worked, lived, and was monitored every second of the time by mangers.  He like all the young people caught in these American sponsored prison-factories was poor and trying to help his family.

His name was Ma Xiangqian.  Ma was driven to suicide when he could no longer see a way out of his misery.  His choices were made clear to him by Microsoft, Apple, HP and Dell; work for us 7 days a week, 11 hours a day or starve to death.

His final pay stub shows he made $1 per hour including all the overtime pay he got for the 286 hours worked.  Even here he was cheated.  He was underpaid even by the Chinese Communist laws.  But the stub doesn’t tell the entire story of managers standing over him while he worked with a stop watch and harassing him to work faster for Microsoft and HP.  To work harder for Apple and Dell, and the other American based halls of corporate greed now operating in China to squeeze every penny of profit for themselves and rich stockholders.

Would this have happened if Bill Gates, Steve Jobs and Michael Dell cared?  No way!  They could tell Foxconn, their contractors, to work the workers 8 hours a day and not pressure and harass them. They could demand the workers be paid living wage and allowed life outside of making products for Microsoft, Apple, HP and Dell.

The real criminals in this MURDER are the greed driven US corporations who demand the lowest possible cost and then threaten to move the work if the factory owners don’t squeeze the workers and work them longer and harder.

This is not an isolated situation.  All American goods will soon be made in these sweat shops in Communist China.  Our clothes, shoes, appliances, computers, medical equipment and many of our cars along with about 99% of everything Wal-Mart sell are made in Communist China.

This immoral, unethical and un-Christian system is both destroying the American middle class and MURDERING innocent Chinese workers.

This is a major part of the “CLASS WARFARE” Warren Buffett, the world’s third richest man bragged about in the New York Times when he said,

“Yes there is class warfare, but it is my class the rich who are making war and we are winning.”

Where are the good Christians and where is their outrage?  The Tea Bagger loves the Chinese Communist system because they love Wal-Mart and low prices.  The Republicans would love to see this system in America.  They both hate government rules and regulations that restrict corporations from exploiting workers.

If you care don’t buy anything made in Communist China

We must tell our American based corporations the price for low cost goods is TOO HIGH, if they are made in CHINA.

Matthew 22:39

39"The second is like it, YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.'

40" On these two commandments depend the whole Law and the Prophets."

Matthew 7:12 GOLDEN RULE -

12 “Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.”

Would Bill, Steve or Michael want their children working in one of these factories?  If not they can’t allow their products to be made in these factories.

John 14:15 “If ye love me keep my commandments.”

you mean he was murdered by the communist government who sets the hours, pay and holidays. just as usual blame everything but the real cuase of a problem. governments either oppress their people or pay no attention so its got to be some one else who caused the problem not the all knowing all seeing uncaring Gov.

Oh a “NO GOVERNMENT guy” who wants no laws, no rules and no regulations. That wouldn’t be good.

Yes you are partly correct. The corporate crooks who use Chinese workers along with the Communist dictators are killing workers.

This couldn't happen in the USA because we have a 40 hour work week and workers can refuse overtime. Those are the laws Microsoft, Dell, HP and Apple hate.

So they went to China where they can abuse workers and work them 12 hours per day 7 days a week.

actually Im not a No government anarchist. Im a constitutionalist. but I also dont believe for a minute that a single company get away with a thing with out the active or at least passive actions of a Government.

In China. they set the rules on pay, hours the works. and let companys take advantage where they can. so I blame the government.. just like here in the US where hiring laws, work laws and all that are only halfway enforced and yet ignore the over inlfated costs becuase they are in the pocket of special interests.

as far as the forty hour work week.. its ignored all the time by company's and the employee has no recourse. Ive worked two jobs that did just that.

my average work week at one of them was 62 hours a week. if I didnt stay or didnt show for work i got talked to. after three no shows regardless of reason you were let go. late more than three times you were let go. if you didnt stay for overtime, they would cite company policy about being on call 24/7 and you were let go on the second or third time.

you also are not allowed to hold even a part time job becuse it might interfere with being called up when ever they wished.

so no matter what the law says, the companys can work around it and dont for a second think that the Local, state or federal government arent aware of how the game is played and let it slide due to election butt covering.

which is what right to work states really mean..companys have the right to fire you for little to no reason.

Hence my statement about government. in the US we allow our Government to get away with it. in other countrys, we have no say in how they treat their people. and china has a long and horrendous human rights record.

and hopefully im not coming across as Snarky LOL. not my intention.

I am a little confused by your comments. I think you are saying that some laws to protect workers are good but they aren't enforced. That doesn't mean the laws and the intent aren't good, it just means we need better enforcement.

I am a capitalist. I do think we need laws and regulations to protect society, workers and the environment.

I also know that government makes mistakes, is sometimes corrupt and stupid, but the same is true for private corporations.

As for China - they are the single biggest threat to America and the only country that can defeat us in war in the near future. Yet we buy everything we use from them.

Your are not coming across as Snarkly.

What you libs call greed is corporations seeking ways to get back to PROFIT, this and I know will come as a huge surprise is what someone tries to do when they open a new company, funny how NOT making profit puts one in the poor house. Corporations move overseas not because of pure greed, but because they can make profit again! Our government has now imposed so many regulations and bullshit with unions that most can't make money operating in the states any longer! Fine example is how well my state of New Mexico was doing off of oil untill they imposed what is called the closed loop system on drilling rigs 24 months ago. The result is a cost of up to 300 thousand more to drill an oil well. and if the well is a dry hole then the oil company has that much more to do to make it up. The final result is oil companies leaving New Mexico and leaving the state broke and in debt.

BP makes $34 million a day in PROFIT. Not enough? Union membership in the US is now down to 12% TOO much?

Wages for workers in the US have fallen over the past 20 years while CEO pay went from 100 times average workers wage to over 400 times that number. Are they 400 times smarter? Do they work 400 times harder?

The percentage of total US income going to the top 1% went from 10% in 1980 to 23% in 2007.

The income gap between the rich and poor in America has skyrocketed. 75% of all wealthy people get their money the old fashioned way they inherited it.

All numbers associated with the decline in the progressive income tax. The top 1% made $7.4 million on average and paid 22% federal income tax or about $1.6 million in taxes.

HP, Microsoft, Dell and the other 500 companies making everything in China are very profitable and would be if they kept jobs here.

I get it. You think all workers in the US should make Chinese wages. You want to work for a buck an hour and work 12 hours a day with no regulations.

Nothing you guy say makes any sense.

You hate the government that protects you. You think if there were no labor laws corporations would pay minimum wage. Can you live on a buck an hour?
