US Proof the PRISONER is GUILTY
This is how THE US GOT THE SUSPECTED TERRORIST
He was kidnapped from his home in a small rural town in Pakistan, in the middle of the night by the Pakistani police
He was not a terrorist but he had not paid his debts to the local war lord
He was taken in the back of a truck to Afghanistan and sold for $5,000 US dollars to the American Marines who paid cash
The Pakistanis told the Marines he was an Al Qaeda operative
He was then held at Bagram Prison where he was subjected to authorized enhanced interrogation; beaten, starved, hung from the ceiling in a painful position, naked and cold for weeks
He finally after admitted he was responsible for the death of Abe Lincoln during one of the beatings
He was transported to GITMO, with others that had been sold to the Marines
He finally signed a confession to being the shooter in the Lincoln assassination
He also confessed to killing Jimmy Hoffa and to flying one of the planes into one of the buildings in New York City on 911
The CIA now having all the evidence they needed decided to verify all the information so they asked where he was during the 911 attacks – in a small town in Pakistan
The CIA confirmed he was in Pakistan
They tried to prove he had traveled to Al Qaeda training camps but they couldn’t
They ask him repeatedly during the beatings who in Al Qaeda he reported to and he told them Osama Ben Laden – because he had never heard any other Al Qaeda names
They asked him where he met Osama Ben Laden and he told them in Pakistan during the time CIA knew Ben Laden was in Afghanistan
Nothing added up and the beatings continued until the Pakistani forces finally admitted the man was not Al Qaeda
He was held for another 6 years in solitary confinement because the Pakistanis didn’t want him back to tell his story to the locals
The CIA still wants to put him on trial for Lincoln’s murder in a military court where his confession is all they need to execute him
The military trial will admit confessions obtained by coercion and duress under the existing military laws for suspected terrorists, enhanced interrogation falls under these covered conditions
But an attorney has asked that this man be put on trail and that the evidence be produced that shows this man is guilty
The CIA and the military say NO WAY – we don’t have to show you anything – HE CONFESSED
This man is still in jail at GITMO after 7 years of mistreatment
Lindsey Graham, John McCain, Mitch McConnell and all the other Republican Senators want this man to be sentenced to life in prison without even being allowed a trial to prove he is innocent
Obama is considering this and the man will probably never get out of prison – after all he killed Abe Lincoln
