Will IGNORANCE, FEAR and HATE Win in November?

This is a question many people are waiting to see answered.  The Tea Party has run on the above.  They have 168 candidates in critical races, all running as REPUBLICANS.  Wow!  Any guess how they will vote if they are elected?

Most of the races are very close and many will be decided by those who don’t vote as much as those who do.  American democracy is always questionable because we have a very low participation rate in most elections.  About half those Americans eligible to vote don’t show up.

This is an off year election meaning the party in power loses seats in the congress.  This happens to both parties, the party with the president drops seats.  Several additional factors are at play this year.

1.   A black man is president and this has caused millions of rural whites to rebel

2.   The economy hasn’t recovered from the fraud committed by business during 8 years of Republican rule

3.   The national debt is now over $12 trillion; $5 trillion was added by the Bush Republicans – more than any other president in history

4.   There was massive mortgage fraud, mostly under Republicans and the America economy hasn’t recovered from this

5.   Modest health insurance reform has caused violent response from the IGNORANT who claim government took over all health care

6.   Obama has been slow to pull troops out of the immoral wars started by Bush and Chaney – but he has started in Iraq  

7.   Lack of resolve by the Democrats to force universal healthcare has turned off tens of millions of their supporters - many will not vote

8.   The IGNORANT want someone to blame – so they BLAME the BLACK guy in the White House (they know White House means White guys only)

9.   Many of the Tea Party candidates are people with no qualifications to hold office or represent Americans.  They have never served in an elected position, they don’t know anything about how government works, they can’t answer simple questions about our laws and the Constitution they claim to believe in.  Many have no idea what is in the US Constitution.

Some are out right racists and liars.  Most want to take America back to the GOOD old days when a black man could never be president.

Most claim that taxes and government programs like Social Security are unconstitutional.

They are all running on the same program of Ignorance, fear and hate.  Their answer to all problems is to reduce taxes and regulation and let Goldman Sachs and the crooks on Wall Street run America. 

They want to KILL all government programs that protect America and eliminate the government agencies that protect us all; EPA, FDA, FAA, SEC and all the rest.

My question is this.  Okay you non-Tea Party types watched while the Tea Party had their little hissy fit (over our black president), screamed and shouted and acted like a 2 year old who couldn’t get his way.  You watched while they got this group of ignorant hillbillies nominated. 

Are you going to allow them to actually get elected?

If you liked Bush and Chaney and their policies you will love this new group because they want to go back to that program.

Finally, if you claim to be a Christian you can’t vote for this bunch.  Everything they stand for is against the teaching of Jesus Christ.

Get off your butts and go vote Democrat! 

I know the Democrats are cowards, they will not fight, they compromise and they are not likeable – BUT they are not the Republicans.  They are the best we can do in this election and they will NOT destroy America out of ignorance, fear and hate.
