F117 taking part in the attack ? Those are RETIRED for years now !!! F22 is the replacement until the F35 becomes operational. The US has no F22s stationed nowhere near Iran, although they can be deployed in less than 1 week wherever they need to be.

He made our country bankrupt, started a war in Iraq that had no purpose, other than he wanted oil. I also agree he is a war criminal and should be court martialed. You have very little understanding of war. When you capture the enemy on battlefields, you dont then put them on trial. There do not have the rights of our American citizens. They are an enemy that is trying to kill us. If you dont put a bullet in their head on the battlefield, you capture them and you interrogate them for information to help save American soldiers lives. They are prisoners of WAR, not simply criminals awaiting a trial.

I don’t think an attack is even imaginable as We already have to many problems of our own ( Iraq Afghanistan ,public debt ect...) If Iran ever manages to get the nuclear weapon it would create a big tension in the middle as remember the Iranian are shi'a and the rest of the the countries in the middle east are Sunni . Even bin-laden said" the Iranian people represent a bigger threat than America and its allies..." What will certainly happen countries such as Saudi Arabia Yemen and others will also start the development of nuclear weapons as their common enemy in this case Iran has in its possession the nuclear weapon. In another scenario Iran will not dare to attack any American allies such as Israel as they know it would create a worldwide conflict. For the same reason the US will not attack Iran as it has a close relationship with Russian and North Korea.

I think war with Iran is unlikely. Of course they have plans; governments have to have all kinds of contigency plans, but that doesn't mean that they intend to actually put those plans into action. America just doesn't have the resources for a new war. They may support Isreal in bombing suspected nuclear site, but anything with ground forces is very unlikely.

And I have to question your statement in the comments that 'the strange thing is Iran doesn't hate America' - if that is so then why are they so keen on singing 'death to America' - its pretty much their unoffical national anthem, and their leaders often call America 'the devil'.

Ok, first of all, I am an Iranian living in the US and have all my family in Iran. And I can assure you all, 95 % of Iranians don't hate Americans of any other Country citizens in the world. This is absolute BS and could just be thought by idiots who don't know anything about anything.Even though we probably should, because of all the negative influences the US policy have had in Iran in the past.But more then 95 % hate our Policy and Politicians. The evidence for that is the last election and what happened after that.

Working as an international Manager, made me live in 40 different countries in the world, including US (3 years) and Europe (5 years). Fact is that people in the US most of the times tend to chose a brutal and aggressive way of solving problems then the Europeans. This is even noticed in the military and in wars such as IRAQ and Afghanistan.

About the war in IRAN, I doubt it and I hope, this is not gonna happen.An other and better solution would be to help the people in Iran organize against the Regime and politically Iran would fall apart from inside. There is a huge energy by Iranian against the Government inside and outside of Iran which needs to be organized, canalized and used. A war at the other hand, would make the World's political situation unstable.

If the US attacks Iran anyways (which I see more and more as probable), the next strong enemies would be the Chinese and Japanese against the US.

There will be a War with Iran. If you look at the US forces locations Iran has been fully surrounded as there are US troop bases around all of Iran. Five battle aircraft carriers were just sent to the Persian gulf. There have been a lot of weapons transported over their in other US vessels. There has been a steady troop build going on right underneath the US citizens noses. The sad part is that This Mosque on ground zero is set up for the coming plans. The media is again training us to not like muslims. There will be a catalyst in order to start this war just like 9/11 was used to start Iraq/afghan war. They keep brainwashing americans about the idea of a suitcase bomb. Sadly this may be something that these war profiteers use in order to start or keep this war fueled. There are fema detaining camps and thousands of coffins ready. I believe there will be attacks on american soil and the attacks will be blamed on Iran. The attacks will really be carried out by the mossad. And we know that their motto is "By way of Deception there will be War". get your mopads now cause gas will up in prices when iran cuts off the straight of Hormuz which is a narrow passage for 60 percent of the worlds oil supply. I live in England and when I read what some of these nutters believe about US foreign policy I hand my head and cry. US foreign policy has been nothing about supporting democracy but rather expanding its imperial power across the globe for the last many decades. It is sad to witness how many US citizens have absolutely no clue about what their government is doing abroad.

You seem to feel down about the prospects of US intervention around the world. Sadly, I agree. The US is creating more enemies and threatening world peace at a time when the world really needs responsible world powers to stave off the increasing threats of much worse wars over resources.

Please keep voicing these sorts of ideas. America needs people like you on the internet (mainstream media will not abide such free thinking) to save your democracy. The Iranian armed forces are preparing for this! I don't like the fact that the US wants to invade Iran and I am very sure that Iran will be very difficult to defeat (maybe a new Vietnam?) because they have acceptable weapons for today's standards (based on Soviet and Chinese technologies), fighters that aren't pushovers (Russian, French, American and even domestic produced fighters) and submarines that can provide pretty good defense (bought from Russia)! If you combine the anti-American sentiment with the fact that these guys have quite good weaponry you can understand that invading Iran is going to be like invading Afghanistan and Iraq at the same time at least! Another issue is the fact that Russia has been a close ally to Iran and if it supplies it with more fighters and ammo things will get pretty nasty for the US Armed Forces!

This is a very interesting story. My sources stated to me a wealthy man live in Bakersfield, ca told him that his friend who was in Russia told him that there is Russia (area 51) that is planning to attack United States west coast power plant with ballistic missiles in 11/11/2011. I asked my source is this threat for real or is there any creditability. He said, the threat is real but the creditability is uncertain. If this is true then this will cause Russia to attack the U.S. while we are attacking Iran. If we take away Iran nuclear facilities because we think they are using it for creating bombs and in fact they are not only for peaceful purpose then the U.S. government will put American lives and national security at risk. If our power plants go down, that means our water supply will fail with it. The U.S. government needs to stand down now before it is too late!

You have to look for all the underlying stories. Like for instance yesterday CNN had a story about British citizens, around 100,000 expats living in Dubai and what measures will be taken for their safety in case of war in the gulf and this article was detailed as to where they will be taken and how they will get out. England, Israel, and America are on the same page right now and they know exactly when they will attack Iran. That CNN story is telling you that there will be an attack.

American Economy is in shambles right now and its either do or die for politicians. A new republican congress has been reinstated and the war drums will sound. For America according to this US administration this is the perfect time for War. United States has to attack Iran before the American dollar implodes and economy crashes. All the troops are in position now as Iran is completely surrounded on all sides by american military. Right now America is trying to do Counter-attack detailing of Iran.

The Closing of hormuz Straight would be tragic for Americans and the world. Israel would be attacked and American interest all over the world would be attacked by Hezbollah and Iranian Revolutionary guards especially in South America.

Unlike the 10 year war with Iraq, Iran does not have to rely on purchasing weapons from Russia. Iran produces their own weapons in huge numbers. What most people dont realize is that the Gulf Arab states are pushing this War against Iran more than Republican Elite. I have read all comments so far and I think the one from "The truth" is the best when he talks about the elite, because this is what its all about. Most people should know by now that the Americans are being fooled by their elite. The American people think they have a choice when they can choose between blue or red but in fact they are just choosing the color of the marionette who actually is controled by the elite. Power rules the world and money is one of the greatest powers. The eye is watching you America (like on your dollars) and wants you to end up in pointless discussions about the red or blue party which in the end is the same, just a different packaging. America chose spontaniously to attack Iraque though they couldn't prove that they had nuclear weapons and this was just before Saddam was going to sell his oil in Euros instead of dollars. The currency of America is hollow and can only be kept up if the other countries do business in this currency or borrow money in dollars. If this would all go away and the Americans were asked to put their gold on the table to cover for the dollars printed they would see not even 1/10 would be covered which will render the dollar more or less worthless. The people of Iran are now coming on the streets to protest against their own government and the Americans should do the same. Claim for a new system with a parlement with several parties ruling the country instead of the current puppetshow and claim for slowly going towards only having the amout of bills printed as you have gold for. You are currently over your head and will fail if you dont change. Dont get me wrong, I really like Americans and this is why Im saying this.

If the Americans really do wage war with Iran America faces the very real chance of being totally destroyed.

Iran has allies such as Russia and N korea all up that is 35 million troops compared to The US and its allies which only make up around 3 million. Not to mention N Korea and Russia have the largest nuclear stockpile and would turn America into ash.

Well I am an Arab. and basically oil as a commodity still sold mostly in dollars which make the dollar a very strong desired currency. many gulf states have their currencies begged to the American dollar or to a collective currencies including US Dollars. All of these conflicts in the Middle East is by design. The United States with corrupt politicians placed into office by that government within the government cause all of the problems worldwide. All of the troubles that happened in Central America by corrupt presidents sending in CIA operatives to upset democratic leaders that were working for their people and not for the benefit of US corporations are the same as what is happening in the Middle East. The people have had enough of this small amount of elites that rule over the many and deny them their basic rights. Totally agree, been anticipating it for a while now and have already bought a rural property to get out of the city (always wanted to live on a farm anyway) as I don't want to be in a city of 3 million people when the price of petrol goes through the roof, rather be able to grow my own tomatoes and worship god in my own peace and harmony. You must be joking. Iran is not like Afghanistan and Iraq, where you just walk there to change the government. Attack to Iran will include Iraq Shia. Well, we might not actually bomb Iran in 2011, although it looks as though the process is further along now than it was in 2010. With the supposed plot against a Saudi diplomat, we at least have a much better excuse to carry out retaliation.

I hope President Obama, and the US in general, resists the urge to bomb. I think the last 5 decades have shown that the US use of military force to further economic and geopolitical agendas usually turns out very badly.

I've enjoyed reading a lot of the comments on this page, although the current use of the "f" bomb, insults, and derogatory remarks, almost always from "Christian" right folks, is rather depressing.

A war with Iran is foolish. Tell Israel to shut its mouth. Get dual US/Israeli citizenship congressmen and women out of our political offices and Israel would fall on its face. A Window into World War III

From the ghosts of Tom Clancey's 2001 release of Ghost Recon, with its single player campaign plot involving the exact, prophetic, Georgian invasion of South Ossetia with Nato backing that later occured in 2008, comes the latest, greatest, First Person Shooter Video Game from EA: Battlefield 3. Battlefield 3 features the latest gaming engine, Frostbite 2. It looks real. but what is so interesting to me about this game is that not one reviewer chose to comment on the plot of the Single Player Campaign, with most of them preferring instead to devote the majority of the substance of their reviews to praising how wonderfull it is to blow each other up in such great detail in multi-player and co-op mode. Not

even the prestigious site Gamespot.com's Video Review host Chris Watters could be bothered to tell you what armies you are representing in multi player or co op mode during his 5 minute commentary.

The Multiplayer mode storyline has the Pacific Asian Coalition led by Russia invading Europe in France and battling NATO with American troops on the ground in France. In other words WW III. This article will focus on the storyline of the Single Player Campaign.

The Single Player Campaign story is told in a disconnected, non-intuitive way, revolving around the protagonist's flashbacks that he recounts as he is interrogated by Homeland Security. In fact the two DHS interrogator characters actively and forcefully push the protagonist and in so doing you the player to constantly reinforce your casual dismissal of the plot.

The story features US Marine Sgt Blackburn, the protagonist, and has you the player live through his quest to capture an Iranian PLR agent named Solomon who has 2 Russian suitcase nukes that he plans to detonate in Paris and New York City. As the story unfolds, US Marines conduct small scale black ops incursions into Iranian cities in order to secure strategic intel objectives. One of these missions involves your in-game

character and it consists of a force of 50,000 US Marines invading Tehran, Iran without provocation to look for suspected Russian double agent/terror mastermind Solomon. You get to be the navigator/gunner in an F-18 airstrike on Tehran's main airport. This mission allows you to discover that Solomon acquired 3 suitcase nukes. One of them is still there, and you see maps for Paris and New York City. Next thing you know

Paris gets nuked. Yes you read that correctly. The suitcase nuke goes off in Paris and kills 80,000.

In response a full scale invasion of Iran is launched, and in the next mission you participate as a tank gunner in a full scale tank battalion assault into Iran as part of a multi-pronged air, land, and sea operation. Meanwhile Sgt Blackburn is desperately trying to catch up with PLR leader Solomon before he detonates the third suitcase nuke in New York City. The war escalates in Iran as US Marines engage Russian Paratroopers dropping out of Russian heavy troop transports all over Iran by the tens of thousands and backed by Russian Migs in the air and tanks on the ground in full scale war. In the end Sgt Blackburn stops New York City from getting nuked, but not before you the player are forced to shoot a fellow Marine dead or the proverbial "millions will die" scenario will happen and the door is left wide open for future Downloadable Content to weave more tales of world destruction behind a foreground of very realistic fire and brimstone.

What adds to the eerieness factor in this campaign is the way they use their disconnected, flashback method of story telling blended with the establishment view that the Homeland Security characters promote from start to finish to totally marginalise, minimise and in fact dismiss the fact that the story line is about war with Russia in Iran with nukes going off all over the West.

I strongly recommend that you look at each link, and while you watch those video clips, think about the fact that this blockbuster, number one game was released Oct 25, 2011, while Israel is openly green lighted to strike Iran, and we are massing troops in Kuwait after conquering Libya, and major figures in our government have said that we are preparing for a major military offensive in the near and middle east, to include Iran,

Syria, and Pakistan in November.

For those of you that don't play PC or Gaming Console (XBox) games you probably don't realise that movies are obsolete. In the same way that the internet made non-interactive TV obsolete, computer games have made non-interactive movies obsolete because in a computer game you don't just watch, you are the protaganist in the movie. And many of todays games have plots that are determined by your actions withing the game. The point

being that in the same way that movies promote mass mind control and show glimpses of the future, games accomplish the same but to exponential proportions. There are entire virtual worlds built to tell you what they are about to do, and you can go inside and actually be there. (See Fallout or Rage and especially Deus Ex, the original [Deus Ex is actually an anti Illuminati game showing the future with good intentions])

The way that this game (Battlefield 3) generates cognitive dissonance by turning the plot line into a picasso to distract the player from the actual plot content, i.e. the invasion of Iran and nuking of Paris, not to mention the beginning of open hostilities with Russia, will produce millions of young males with an affinity for war whose memories will blend Iran with Iraq and therefore they will eventually come to believe we have always been at war with Iran, and they will think its fun. In fact if you play the game, or just watch the mission video clips, you will see how they casually present each new major invasion of Iran and escalation of the conflict, and they are major escalations, headed straight for total global war, as if it was just routine and had always been happening. The plot never addresses a beginning of hostilities. In fact it implies that we have been fighting on the ground in Iran since as far back as you can remember. But they use all the authority of the top game in its genre with the latest, cutting edge engine. backed by the military industrial complex, to bestow upon their version of history, present and future not only the appearance of legitimacy, but the a-moral high ground. lol

So in short, if you want to know what the beginning of World War III will look like, those video links below are your oracle into the future. And the oracle of the military industrial complex produced video game has always been right so far. I had a foreboding feeling as I anticipated the release of this game, and when I saw the plot, I was not pleased. I can't imagine how all the Iranians must feel about the West as they watch millions of us gleefully pretend to blow their ancient capital city to rubble in Frostbite 2 3D. Could you imagine a Chinese game where the goal is to conquer as much American territory as possible, and capture as many slaves as you can catch in the process? Think it won't happen? lol Think again.

I think you all have good points on both sides. I served overseas in Iraq 07-09 we saw a lot of Iranian stuff over there. A lot of it fairly new. I'm not saying they were training but the way we marines see it is that someone had their hands in the cookie jar. I hope for war because I was trained for it but I hope for peace because I love my God, my country, and family. Don't look into that because I'm just saying. We are one country and we do not need to fight one another. We were built on so much better then to lower our standards. I didn't fight for this. I didn't watch brothers die for this. I'm not a hero. But I do wish that everyone would appreciate their freedom a little more then what I have been seeing.

And it is to do with Revelations itself. Revelations 6 v 12 to be exact. If Iran attacks and they perchance have a nuclear weapon, then that will begin as an earthquake in Israel, the sun will lose its light. As a result of retaliation, the moon will become as blood.

Thus lies the fulfillment of this scripture.

Yet there is always hope, these things have been prophesied, they will come, but like Nineveh, with prayer and repentance, these things can also be averted.

America needs to stop these howls of war, as does Israel, they both need to stop acting like petulant children. Iran for the sake of its own young and maybe even the future of the world itself, needs to reach beyond the remit of blind religion.

I understand the fear of its people and I understand that it frightened of America, believe me it is not the only country which fears American foreign policy.

But this rhetoric must stop and stop now! America, you are not the only country in this world, neither is Israel and neither is Iran. For God's sake grow up and find other solutions than guns, bombs and bullets, before you do actually do serious harm to the stability of this planet and the many others who live on it. No Russia would not step in at this point. They would rattle their sabres and even send troops. But they would not engage anyone. They stood by and allowed NATO to run rough shod over Yugoslavia, their long time brethren. Economically and militarily they just aren't at a point to pose any type of challenge unless they wanted nuclear war. Any nuclear strike would of course be returned so if they won't be willing to be destroyed over Iran. The Middle East has always left them humiliated. Afghanistan, Yom Kippur, Six Day war, and several others. They do not want to ever engage the Israelis again not much the Americans. However China on the other hand has the man power and economics to cause a real hardship should they choose. I want to be clear that the Chinese air force and navy are not on the level of the U.S. or Israel but it doesn't have to be to fight a proxy war (this would be a proxy war) the Chinese are not going to fight all out with their most favored nation

Sometime in 2012 Israel will attack Iran and the US will back Israel. Another possibility is that China attacks Taiwan. Then the US would back Taiwan. Lots of possibilities for another war that the US can get involved in. I do think the next time the US sticks up for a middle east country that they should be paid. The US spent 1.5 trillion on the Iraq war and did Iraq offer to pay them back? No. They could pay in oil if they are strapped for cash. If they won't pay then the US should just sit back and watch them kill each other. Just my thoughts.

Do, I want to see America go to war with Iran, no I would like to see the Arab world send there own troops in to do the job, but America will have to do something rather it be helping in a bombing campaign (like we did in Libya) or send in Special Operations to assist in finding and destroying key installations to capturing\arresting\killing key government and military officials. Otherwise let the Israelis, Saudi's, Iraqi's, Turks, Jordan's, Egyptian's, and the Kuwaitis take the blunt of the obligation. Then the only world problem we will have is China and North Korea!

Why would anyone attack Iran? Iran is no threat to USA nor to it's satellite Israel. War has nothing to do with so called nuclear weapons in Iran but with taking control over Iranian resources just like it was the reason in in Libya, Iraq, Afghanistan, Serbia etc. Don't be so naive! As for nuclear weapons Israel posses over 250 nuclear heads stored in Negev desert and they said in case they are attacked and none of the European countries help them they will nuke main European capital cities. I am a christian and I have some Muslim friends. Each one of them are the nicest people and have been the only ones to contact me over this past year after I lost my spouse in January of 2011. The very same day that they heard about that they sent one of the elders of the family to offer condolences and the offer to pay for the entire funeral cost. I knew their customs and that they were showing their respect for my wife who worked for a company that is owned by three of them. I was in great shock, she was only 47. I accepted knowing that they loved her over the years of her service and that they appreciated her work for them. What an heavy burden they came to me to lift off of my soul when it was needed the most. No Christians did that. I know they knew what happened, but not one of them came to my home to offer condolences or to help in any manner. If it should come to that day when stupid people are out to harm anyone that is Muslim, I will be there to step in front of my friends to take the first punch. And the second. I know my God. I know my Lord. It is not His will that these things should be happening. These things are the will of mankind against mankind. - Do this. Look at the government within the government of the United States that is pushing for war with Iran and you will see just whom they are that are calling for WW 3 to begin in the Middle East. One thing you will find out is that it is a shitly little state in the Middle East that is not even the size of the state of Florida. DTd - A very good reason that these predictions did not come to pass in 2011 are because of all the pointing to the fact that the same people that got war started in Iraq/Afghanistan are attempting to get a conflict going with Iran. When someone sheds light on any subject intended for evil, that evil backs off. So it is with this wanting to go to war with Iran. Liars are out there pushing for this new conflict, and there are more then them telling the truth about Iran not being an aggressive nation, wanting to mind their own business, sell their own products and live in peace with the rest of the world. With so many un-Constitutional laws being passed here in the United States, the opening of the FEMA camps, and the military/police crackdowns of peaceful demonstrators, something big is intended to happen here in the United States. The word over here is that Iran might make the first move, This truely is a scary period in time... There never were weapons of mass descruction in Iraq, but there curtainly is is Iran. When you build a plutonium enrichment center deep in a mountain you are certainly pertecting your assets, I don't think a bunker buster even has a chance of going through maybe 500 feet of solid rock. Using the timelines as for things to happen within a certain year is always very difficult in using to say that something will happen before that given dates end. Just because it was headlined to happen in 2011 does not dismiss the fact that an attack on Iran is being set up to happen. One of the real reasons for saber rattling at Iran, is not because they could at some time, create a nuclear weapon, though highly unlikely, but for the reason that Iran does not have a Rothschild owned central bank, just as Libya did not until after the overthrow of Gadaffi. That Rothschild banking system was set up even before the death of Gadaffi or the ending of the conflict. No timeline here, but watch over the next few years the ending of those sovereign nations that still do not have the Rothschild banking system established in their countries. That desire for total world domination cannot happen as long as there are countries that still are holding out against the cabal of bankers under the name of Rothschild.

Now we have had the president talking with that Israeli guy and the public is told one thing, but behind those closed doors, just what did they discuss? Many places to read what is going on tell us that the US is positioning military units around Iran for what reason? Preventative measures to keep Iran understanding that they are not to threaten a conflict in the Middle East, highly unlikely, or positioning those military units for a preemptive strike along with an Israeli strike. Why would the US, have refueling jets positioned on those military bases readied for refueling Israel's jet's in flight if they were not planning on this preemptive strike? Was it better that these two met in person to discuss this attack then to be sending messages to each other and waiting for that other one to reply back? Maybe we could look at this that they have decided to wait until after the November elections and that possible reelection of Obama before Israel does follow through with this planned attack. Anything that would involve getting the US into another conflict in the Middle East would surely doom any reelection of Obama for a second term. The world's people are tired of war, we know that is true, except for a lot of people in the United States that are thinking that way with all of the propaganda on the television MSM and newspapers spreading the lies about Iran's nuclear ambitions. Millions fell for those lies after the 9/11 false flag, and another false flag would get those same millions behind those two in Washington to follow them into an attack on Iran. No dates to be set as when this will happen. All of this planning and stationing of our US military around Iran are for that purpose of an attack on Iran. Those PTB are not going to let all of this positioning of troops go to waste.
